Getting Started
The SSMI Calendar shows events across Sword & Spirit Ministries International — from global gatherings to local branch meetings. What you see depends on whether you're signed in and what role your account has.
The calendar defaults to month view. Use the navigation arrows to move between months, and click any event to see its full details in a popup.
Requesting Access
As a visitor, you can see public events but not partner-only or private content. To request a Partner account, click Request Access on the sign-in page. You'll need your name, email address, a password (at least 8 characters), your branch or location, and your timezone — event times are always shown converted into the timezone you select.
New registrations are pending until a branch or global administrator approves them. You'll receive an email once your account is approved and you can sign in.
Forgot your password after you've been approved? Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page — a reset link will be emailed to you, valid for 30 minutes.
Viewing Events
Events on the calendar fall into three visibility levels:
- Public — visible to everyone, signed in or not.
- Partners — visible only to signed-in, approved accounts.
- Private — visible only to specifically invited users or groups (sign in to see any you may have access to). Some private events still show as an unlabeled "Private Event" time-block to everyone, so the calendar doesn't appear to have free time that's actually booked.
Events marked with a 🌍 globe icon are global — relevant across all branches. Events without it are specific to one branch.
Some event details — like online meeting links and passwords — are only shown to signed-in users, even on events you can otherwise see.
